This is like the hamburger soup my mom makes and I love it. Had petite diced tomatoes on hand and used italian seasoning since I was out of oregano. I prefer to use broth when making soup instead of adding water so in went 4 cups of beef broth. With the cold and now snowy weather we have this soup was a warming and very tasty treat. Made and reviewed for the Pick Me! Recipe Tag Game.
