"I found this quite a while ago when searching for a hashbrown casserole, I've added in so many different things since the first time I made it so go ahead and add what you want or just make the recipe as stated. I use low-fat sour cream and cheddar cheese"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together. Transfer to baking dish.

Loved this casserole. I made as directed and I did an add in as suggested - green and yellow peppers which had me think to a breakfast hot dish I enjoyed when we did mini holidays 'across the line' Now I can enjoy it right here at home! Makes for a great breakfast/brunch dish as well as a potluck. A make and take I'm sure will see the dish come home empty!
