"NOT my recipe, but I will say ... they are quite addictive; so, I had to share this. This recipe has been on multiple sites and in multiple books and magazines for a few years now; but, they are really good and so easy to prepare - especially when you have to feed a group and have NO time. Perfect for the lunch crowd or family get-together. They are just 'simply' tasty."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sandwiches ... Mix the miracle whip and mayonnaise together and lightly spread on the inside of each dinner roll. Then add a slice of the ham, swiss cheese, and 2 pickles; top off with the sandwich top.

Step 2

Casserole ... Add the rolls to a 13x9" pan. Squeeze them in if necessary.

Step 3

Sauce ... Add the butter, brown sugar, mustard, worcestershire, onion, and poppy seeds to a small saute pan/pot and bring to medium heat until everything is combined.

Step 4

Bake ... Drizzle the sauce over top of sandwiches, garnish the sandwiches with the extra poppy seeds, cover with foil and let the dish rest 10 minutes before baking. Then, bake in a 350 degree oven (middle shelf) for 15 minutes; uncover, and bake an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve and ENJOY! Great for lunch, a party, game night, or company. Just enjoy this easy recipe.
