Such a simple, good, comfort food meal. I cut this back for 2 servings which worked out well. My grandson devoured it. lol. Thanks for sharing, Mike.

We loved this! We had leftover ham and wanted something different to use it up. This recipe fit the bill perfectly and is a new "comfort food" standard for our house now. I increased all the ingredients by 1/2 because my son eats quite heartily...lol. It all worked out perfectly. Thanks for sharing a new favorite for us. Made for FYC tag game.

Daily Inspiration

What a really nice comfort food meal. It's a great way to use up potatoes and leftover ham. Very easy to make and it was ready in no time. I served this casserole along with some sliced tomatoes. Really hit the spot.
