Except for using chives instead of parsley I made this as written ~ served with wholemeal biscuits/crackers. DH and myself really enjoyed these as an afternoon snack. This recipe is a fantastic, quick and tasty recipe to make using ingredients that are always on hand, in my place and as an added bonus ~ any left over's go really well served as a side salad.

Very easy to prepare...it does need a bit of salt...I cut this down to one serving and split that one in half...in the second have I added in some sriracha...it gave it a nice touch of heat...made for "For Your Consideration" tag game...
