"At the local Amish market they sell these gorgeous smoked ham chops. I love to grill them and drizzle this easy glaze over them which you can change up to reflect your favorite jam or preserves. You can also use the drizzle as a dipping sauce."

What a nice tasting pork chop recipe this is. I did sprinkle the chops with a bit of salt and pepper and grilled them in a 475 degree oven on a cast iron griddle. I used a Hero brand sugar free cherry preserve for this and it worked beautifully. 5 stars all the way.

Ham is a treat meal at our house, the Cherry Drizzle is awesome making the ham steak extra special. Great taste - looks great - served on a white platter makes for that presentation we all love. Super easy, super good and presentation - makes for a great combination. Thinking this would work well with cranberries at holiday time as well as with the Cherry preserves. Into my Holiday Cookbook for this one.
