Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Brush the cut sides of the roll with the olive oil.

Step 3

Place ricotta and provolone on bottom half.

Sprinkle with oregano.

Step 5

Replace top.

Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

The only change I made was to use a sharp cheddar instead of the provolone otherwise made as per recipe and thoroughly enjoyed for lunch, made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.
