"This is the original description from when this recipe was posted on another site back in 2005. "This is my first attempt at doing a stir fry. If I say so myself, it turned out pretty well. Chop your veggies first because as you know,it doesn't take long to cook a stir fry dish." This by no means is real Chinese,but it's pretty good.Re posted to " ZAZZ " on June 19th.2014. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil water and add rice; cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a 12-inch skillet or wok,add ground beef,and both powders, stirring often.
Step 3
Remove beef and drain wok or if needed.
Step 4
In same skillet, add all veggies,water chestnuts and marinade.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium; cover.
Step 6
Cook veggies 7 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Return beef to skillet, mixing well.
Step 8
Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through and serve over rice.
