Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat grill to medium high.

Step 2

In a medium bowl or serving dish combine relish ingredients (celery -sesame oil); season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 3

Brush salon on both sides with additional sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill (3-5 minutes per side) or until desired doneness is reached.

Step 4

Serve salmon with the celery relish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

I had every intention of making this as directed but I got called in to work, so I made this under the broiler then topped with the relish and it made for a great take away meal.
