"These are a great side to a grilled steak. Cook these to the desired doneness, but don't overcook as they will be too soggy and rubbery. Drizzle the delicious juices over your steak."
Mix together the melted butter, wine, oregano and garlic powder.
Remove the gills from the mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms on a work surface flat side down and drizzle the butter mixture inside the mushroom.
Oil the grill and cook for a few minutes over medium high heat, until the mushrooms start to soften and darken.
Serve.
