"These are a great side to a grilled steak. Cook these to the desired doneness, but don't overcook as they will be too soggy and rubbery. Drizzle the delicious juices over your steak."

I made these to spoon over some baked pork chops. Just cut them up into chunks after cooking on the grill. Deeeelicious!

These are really yumo! I originally had planned to grill them over charcoal to along side our steak, but my grilling plans changed, therefore I grilled them indoors over a cast iron grill skillet. They come out beefy and entices you to have just another bite. I will also be using sliced pieces of these along with my salad that I will have for lunch tomorrow. Thank you QueenBea for sharing.

I made these yummy mushrooms to have with steak on the grill and they are so easy to make and such a great side too. I am going to make them on my George Foreman Grill when I can't use my outside grill this winter. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with us Bea. I will eat them many times more for sure! If you love mushrooms you will love these! I made three portabello mushrooms and removed the stems and gills as directed gently with the side of a tablespoon. I changed them up a bit as I was out of garlic powder and Oregano. So I used fresh garlic and dill. Highly recommend these. Will be making them again and soon! Made for Billboard tag.
