Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine Slaw ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until needed.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the first 7 burger ingredients. Add chicken and hot sauce and stir until well combined. Shape into 6 patties or 8 smaller patties.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium high. Grill patties, turning once, until meat thermometer reads 175F. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Step 4
ASSEMBLE: Put a spoonful of slaw on each bun half, then top with a burger, hot sauce and some crumbled Blue cheese. Use a fork to eat these because there is no bun top!
Step 5
Serve with remaining Slaw.
