Step by Step Method

Combine chopped ginger & tea concentrate while still hot & refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Step 2

Strain & discard ginger.

Combine ginger ale w/tea concentrate & pour into 4 ice-filled glasses.

This was indeed a very nice tea especially nice to serve during those hot summer days. I added a combination of crystallized and fresh ginger for the reason that I didn’t have enough of the crystallized version. I’ve made tea with ginger before served as a hot tea, but especially love it cold. Thank you Twissis for sharing.
