Step 1

Prepare your green beans. For fresh: wash and trim ends; steam until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes, drain. For frozen: cook according to package directions until crisp-tender, drain. For canned: cook beans according to directions, drain.

In a small bowl combine butter and honey; pour over cooked green beans. Sprinkle with almonds; toss. Serve hot. Enjoy.

These are so delicious and I have made them a few times and they always complete the meal in a great way. I am making them for Easter with ham and some type of potato. They go well with anything! You could sub the almonds with chopped walnuts too I think with great results!
