"This is one of my favorite ways to cook green beans. I always have a good supply through the summer since I grow bush beans in my deck garden. I freeze a pound of bacon which I chop off slices when needed, and that is why the bacon looks odd in the posted photo."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
PreHeat oven to 375 F
Step 2
I use a square baking dish (9x9).
Step 3
Pour chicken broth in bottom of baking dish.
Step 4
Place beans in chicken broth, then spray them with Pam.
Step 5
Rough chop the bacon and place it on top of beans.
Step 6
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Step 7
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes depending on how tender you like them.
Step 8
After a desired doneness is acheived, remove them from the oven, place them in a bowl and drizzle the cooked broth and bacon over them.
Step 9
Give them a quick toss and enjoy.
