Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl combine mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic.
Step 2
Set 1 cup of dressing mixture aside.
Step 3
Broil or grill the steak for approximately 10 minutes or until desired tenderness, tuning and basting steak with the remaining dressing mixture.
Step 4
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place salad greens on plates.
Step 6
Thinly slice steak and evenly divide over greens.
Step 7
Top with bell peppers, green onion and peanuts, drizzle with dressing and serve.
