Quick, easy and delicious, great for a weeknight. The lemon and vinegar make it taste so yummy. My girls and I really enjoyed this. I did go over a little too much on the dry basil and parsley, but that was my fault. Thanks so much, Teresa, for sharing. Made it "For your Consideration" tag game.

Delicious and very adaptable and easy too! I used garlic powder and Italian seasoning instead of the suggested basil and parsley. I did cook mine a bit longer than 10 minutes but my fish was very thick. Served with salad and fruit for a very easy meal. Thanks for sharing!

This is quick and easy and tastes great. I used minced garlic instead of garlic salt which worked great. I roasted sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts with it and everything was gobbled up in no time.
