This is quick and easy and tastes great. I used minced garlic instead of garlic salt which worked great. I roasted sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts with it and everything was gobbled up in no time..

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless salmon fillets (4 boneless fillets 6 ounces each)
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  How to Make
 
 

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray; place salmon in the dish.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salmon. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil and parsley.

Step 4

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes.

Step 5

Serve with your favorite side dish.
