Dee, you post the best sandwiches! I just loved this one - all the flavors go so well together. The tangy cheese, creamy avocado, peppery arugula. What's not to love? I made this exactly as written, except I did sprinkle a tiny bit of salt over the sliced avocado. Glad I did! Thanks for sharing - this will definitely be a repeat for us!
