"It is so difficult to find prepared Asian sauces that are gluten free and because of this, I have been on a mission to develop a gluten free black bean sauce for a little over a month now.I have finally come up with one that I am happy with."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Bring all ingredients to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool and puree with an immersion blender or in a blender.

Store the sauce in the refrigerator in an airtight container. (I use a mason jar)
