"This recipe originally came from the Kraft website, but I have made some minor changes to suit our tastes and I think it is really good. Super easy and fast, you just have to remember to take the chicken out to defrost!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic, water and stuffing mix. Stir until stuffing mix is just moistened. Set aside.
Step 3
Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil and 1/2 cheese.
Step 4
Top with stuffing mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. * When the dish is done, I always poke the mixture with a spoon to make sure that the liquid is absorbed and the chicken is cooked. Don't mix it, because you want the crunchy layer to stay on top.
Step 5
Add the rest of the cheese to top and place back in the oven until melted.
