"This is a recipe from Rachael Ray's The Book of Burger book, if you make it on the grill I would suggest using a two-sided burger grill rack, this needs a couple hours of chilling time"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pulse the salmon in a food processor until finely ground (it should look like coarse ground beef). Transfer the salmon into a bowl. Add the next 7 ingredients. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 2

Shape into 4 evenly-sized patties.

Step 3

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers flipping once, 6 minutes for medium-rare and 9 minutes for fully cooked.

Step 4

Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.

Very tasty burger - I did add some feta cheese. I had it in the fridge and wantd to use it up. I topped it with cucumber sliced & Sweet onion. I'Make this burger again
