Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the ground lamb, teriaki sauce, ginger, worchestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper

Step 2

Form two patties, place the cheese on one of the patties. Place the other patty on top, seal the edges tightly

Step 3

Lightly spray a skillet with oil, have the heat on high, slide in the patty and fry for 1 minute

Step 4

Turn the heat down to medium, flip the patty, add mushrooms, cover and cook for 5 minutes giving the mushrooms a stir or two

Step 5

Flip the patty, stir the mushrooms and continue cooking, coverd for another 5 minutes or until the lamb burger is cooked

Step 6

While the burger is cooking toast your bun. When the lamb is cooked place on the bun add condiments and enjoy
