Great flavour boost.The steak was pan fried 3 1/2 minutes each side. I painted the rub on when I flipped the steak (after cooking one side) then flipped and painted the other side. I used the pinch of cayenne. I cut the recipe back to do 1 steak, used 2 cloves garlic. Thanks Kitten for a lovely steak dinner
