"These really make a great snack and much healthier than potato chips. There are many flavor combinations that can be used for this I've only listed sea salt and garlic powder, you will probably experiment with many spice combinations until you find the right one that you really like. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Pat chick peas dry with paper towel. Place in a bowl.
Step 2
Toss the chickpeas with oil, then season and toss with sea salt and garlic powder or spices of your choice.
Step 3
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until crispy. Pour chick peas into medium bowl. Sprinkle with more sea salt if you like then toss to coat
