Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut in potatoes in half.
Step 3
Spray a baking dish with the cooking spray.
Step 4
Place the potatoes and garlic in baking dish. Drizzle the potatoes and garlic cloves with a GENEROUS amount of olive oil then mix to coat. Sprinkle with rosemary, and salt and pepper, stir to mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours tossing frequently while chilling.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 20 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
