A new favourite turnip recipe! The horseradish goes so well with the turnip flavour, why didn't I think of matching those before?? The garlic is not overpowering even if it seems a lot, it's very balanced with the horseradish. I used cream instead of milk, but other than that, didn't change a thing. Will make this again! Thanks for sharing. Made for What's on the Menu.

This is such a tasty mashed potato dish...I used home grown Yukon golds so left the peels on...I cut the recipe in half and there was plenty enough to feed 4 people...the hubby wanted to know why it taste different...I told him it had horseradish in it...I knew if I told him turnips he wouldn't eat it...he loved it...he wants me to make them again...made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...
