"I often bake the chicken, or broil it, or grill it. You can also cut the chicken into kebab-size pieces before marinating. If I'm doing kebabs, I boil the marinade after removing the chicken and use it to drizzle over them while they cook. Be sure to use low-sodium soy sauce and fresh lime juice; you'll get much better flavour."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag; marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken from marinade and cook using one of the following methods:

Broil for 8-9 minutes per side OR grill for 15-20 minutes.
