Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Clean and cut potatoes into fries.

Step 3

Pat the potatoes dry and place in large bowl.

Step 4

Drizzle with oil and spice mix and toss to coat.

Step 5

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

Step 6

Arrange potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 7

Bake for 30 minutes, turning after each 10 minutes, until cooked through.
