2 tablespoons sour cream (I use no fat type)
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 (213 gram) can salmon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Step 1 |
Whisk together the sour cream, mustard,tarragon, salt and pepper. Add the canned salmon and mix thoroughly. |
Step 2 |
Use as a filling for sandwiches or use as an appetizer on crackers. |
