Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in pan.
Step 2
Cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
Step 3
Clean and slice pepper into thin strips.
Step 4
Slice and quarter squash.
Step 5
Add asparagus to hot pan and stir fry till nearly tender crisp.
Step 6
When asparagus is tender crisp add the squash and peppers.
Step 7
Add seasonings and continue to stir fry till veggies are tender crisp.
Step 8
Pour onto a plate and enjoy.
