Fajita Burgers
"A burger recipe and it's from "Eating Well" with some small changes by me. A lovely spicy burger served with Chopotle mayo & Slaw. It is so good."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Gently mix together beef, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, scallions,garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt & Pepper

Form 4 patties,1/2" thick, cover & set aside in fridge.
Step 3
Mix together the mayo, lime juice chipotle chili in adobo sauce Chopped
Step 4
Cover & set aside in fridge
Step 5
Lightly spray a skillet large enough to hold the 4 patties with olive oil
Step 6
Fry the patties over medium high heat (apprx 4 minutes each side or done to your liking
Step 7
Add chese to almost ready patty
Step 8
Place a patty on a toasted bun, top with 1/4 cup cold slaw, tomatoe slice, onion slice and 2 tablespoons Chipotle Mayo.
