" We love a thin crust on a pizza and this worked for us. Use any combination of seafood that you like and if you want to use flour tortillas that works too. I used the type of Pizza pan that has holes in it so the tortillas got lovely and crisp. Make ahead if you like and keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours before baking. Make your own black bean salsa or buy it ready made"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400f

Step 2

Paint the top of each tortilla with butter. be sure to paint right out to the edges

Step 3

Stack one tortilla on top of the other, press firmly together and place on your pizza pan

Step 4

Spread on the black bean salsa on top of the tortilla stack bringing it right out to the edges

Step 5

Spread on the crab and prawns, then add the onions and garlic

Step 6

Next add the cheese evenly over the top

Step 7

Pop in to the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown - enjoy!
