"Embarrassing because it's so easy to make and it's definitely not diet food! The first time I made it, my husband, Dave, and I and our son, Cody, were home. Our daughter was at a school function, but was going to eat when she got home. Anyway, the casserole tasted so good that the three of us ate it all up, not leaving any for Genny. I think that was the only time we ever did such a thing. Another reason to be embarrassed."
