Step by Step Method

Step 1

Boil the eggs to hard-boiled. While still hot add butter, finely chopped peppers, radishes and green onion (to taste).

Add cream cheese and a little parsley. Mix well.

Daily Inspiration

Yummy egg salad. Great idea to use cream cheese vs. mayo. Added a little extra garlic salt & pepper. I did omit the radishes. This will make a great lunch today.
