2 (5 ounce) cod fish filets
2 tablespoons lite sour cream or whipped cottage cheese
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced dry garlic
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
6 drops hot pepper sauce, like tabasco (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 |
Place filets in an oven proof dish |
Step 2 |
Mix all the other ingredients together and spoon over the fish |
Step 3 |
Bake at 400f for about 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your filets. The fish should flake when done |
Step 4 |
Broil for a minute or 2 to brown the top |
