I think the cooking time is too long -- 45 minutes to 1 hour should be fine. I did drain the chicken before cooking. I also used a different salad dressing than the one mentioned. Good chicken wings which we enjoyed -- we cooked them for 45 minutes.... Read more
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 5 ounces soy sauce
- 1 bottle (16 ounce) Catalina salad dressing
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Combine dressing, soy sauce, sugar, mustard, salt, and ginger in a large bowl until well combined.
Place chicken wings in large ziplock bag. Pour mixture over wings and coat well. Let wings marinate for an hour (over night even better).
Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
