Easy Mini Rolo Bars (Gooey)

"These are the most delicious gooey bars and don't take a lot of effort to make. I'm not certain as to how many serving for this I didn't count when we ate them so I am just guessing for the servings"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Line a 7x11-inch baking pan with foil and coat with cooking spray (or an 9x9 or 8x8 inch)
Step 3
In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter and egg with your hand until a firm dough forms.
Step 4
Divide the dough in half and press one half into the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Cover the bottom layer of cake with the butter crackers to make an even layer.
Step 6
Top with the Rolo Minis (can cut the minis in half before putting them on top of the crackers).
Step 7
With the other half of the dough carefully piece it together over the Rolos (it doesn’t have to be perfect, just try your best to cover it).
Step 8
Drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 9
Bake 25-28 minutes until the top is golden brown.
Step 10
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into.
