This curry was flavoursome and oh so good. I used chicken thighs because they have more flavor and the rest of the recipe was exact. It’s a keeper

We love Indian dishes and this was very tasty. I took a tip from another reviewer and added some cauliflower and peas. Served over rice with a side salad.

Such a tasty dish! I added an equal amount of frozen cauliflower to help soak up the sauce. (I thawed it, of course!!) DH liked it a lot!

Into my Best of 2019 book. This is so easy and has so much flavor. We prefer dark meat, so I used boneless, skinless thighs instead of breasts. Served with rice and steamed carrot strips. Will be making this again.
