"Perfect way to use up leftover ham. This is easy, creamy, and quick to prepare; and always a crowd pleaser. I cook mine in a pie plate, but you can also use a casserole dish. I press mine down a bit so it can be sliced whether than "casserole" like. Delicious and easy."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spaghetti ... Cook the pasta according to pasta directions. Remove a few minutes before the time suggested as it will continue to cook in the oven. Drain and set to the side.

Step 2

Casserole ... As the spaghetti cooks, prepare all your other ingredients. Add the ham, onion, celery, mushrooms, pimentos, olives, soup, sour cream, worcestershire, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix well. Then add in the pasta and mix to combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a 9" pie plate, square dish, or similar size baking dish sprayed with a non-stick spray. After you add the filling, make sure to press down firmly to compact the dish before backing.

Step 3

Topping ... In a small bowl add the bread crumbs (fresh bread is key for this), the melted butter and the cheese and mix well. Top over the casserole.

Step 4

Bake ... The oven should set be at 350 degrees; bake on the middle shelf for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Step 5

Serve ... Once the casserole is done - remove and cover with foil to let rest a few minutes before slicing. Slice or spoon and ENJOY!
