Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine crab, scallions, cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix together well.

Step 2

Spray 24 muffin cups with cooking spray and place wonton wrapper in each; edges should extend over the end of each cup.

Step 3

Place a spoonful of crab mixture in each wrapper.

Step 4

Bake 5-7 minutes at 350°F until edges of cups are slightly browned.
