Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Step 3

In a bowl combine the Bisquick baking mix with 1 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Add in mashed banana, milk, egg and oil; mix to combine. Transfer to prepared pan.

Step 4

In a small bowl combine all topping mixture until small clumps form, then sprinkle over the top of the batter.

Step 5

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and the cake tests done. Cool then slice from the pan.

Yummo! So soft, easy to make, and tasty! I omitted the nuts and added frozen blueberries. I tried the first pieces hot out of the oven topped with whipped cream. The topping melts into the top of the cake. My toddler loved this too! Made for the Alphabet Soup tag game.
