"My mom made this in back years ago but used canned chicken, it's easy and tasty and a great recipe to use any leftover chicken from yesterdays dinner"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sautee the onion and garlic powder in the butter for 2-3 minutes. Add in cooked chicken

Step 2

Add in the can of soup and simmer for 10-12 minutes on low heat. Add the sour cream.

Step 3

Mix in the chicken mixture and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked noodles and heat through

This recipe was made on 11/20/13 as part of mine and my SO's dinner. But most importantly for the " Alphabet Tag " in the Games Forum. The recipe was made sort of as written,since there was just two of us only eight ounces of noodles were used. After cooking the onions,then added the soup,1/4 cup sour cream,along with garlic powder,and ground black pepper.After getting that all mixed together,the noodles were added. I felt after adding the noodles it was too thick,and used a bit of chicken broth to thin it out some. But unfortunately,the broth thinned it out too much. But I think the next time this is made,(and there will be a next time)I'll just leave out the broth. I would like to say that I'm very pleased to be the first one to photograph review,and rate this recipe. " Keep Smiling :) "
