Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2

Place pizza crust on cookie sheet.

Step 3

Mix eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and half-and-half together.

Step 4

Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Scramble the egg mixture. Spread over pizza crust.

Step 5

Drop teaspoonsful of cream cheese over eggs. Sprinkle grated jack evenly over eggs. Top with bacon bits. Bake 10 minutes.

Step 6

Cut into 8 servings. Serve with salsa. if desired.

My family loved this, I made it for weekend late breakfast, I didn't use Boboli I used a premade crust from my grocery store I'm not sure if Boboli crust would have made a difference, as is it was delicious and a nice change from weekend eggs and toast. My family had requested it again which means with was 5 stars, thank very much!
