"Another favorite dip. I think this an old 'stand by' recipe by Kraft recipe. But, it is still, super easy, quick, inexpensive, and delicious. Perfect for a potluck; entertaining; or just a fun weekend snack with your family. Now, you can use fresh broccoli, and fresh is ALWAYS better; but, I actually use frozen for this dip. For some reason, it works just as well, and much easier. Great to serve with chips, crackers, or your favorite vegetables."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Casserole ... Combine 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, broccoli, pimentos, and Miracle Whip to a bowl; and, mix to combine. Add the broccoli mix to a 1 qt baking dish, sprayed with a non-stick spray.
Step 2
Bake ... Place on the middle shelf, in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake 20-25 minutes; then, add the remaining mozzarella. Bake an additional 5 minutes until melted.
Step 3
Serve and ENJOY! ... This dip is so easy. It is one of those "GO TO" dips. I always keep a bag of frozen broccoli in the freezer. It is a perfect last minute recipe. I love to serve this with your favorite crackers, chips, or vegetables.
