Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cream butter with cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg and extracts.

Step 2

Combine dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture, then put in frig overnight covered.

Step 3

On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 thickness.

Step 4

Cut out cookies with cookie cutter dipped in flour.

Step 5

Bake on ungreased baking sheet, 1-inch apart in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes until edges browned.

Step 6

Cool for 2 minutes before removing for wire rack.
