Step by Step Method

Step 1

Bring water to a boil in a large dutch oven.

Step 2

Add pasta, cook 4 minutes.

Step 3

Add broccoli, cook 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes or until pink.

Step 5

Meanwhile, combine soy sauce and peanut butter in a bowl.

Step 6

Stir in vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, ginger, and garlic.

Step 7

Drain the spaghetti, broccoli, and shrimp mixture and return to pan.

Step 8

Toss with the peanut butter mixture and sprinkle green onions and chopped nuts over all.
