I mixed up the rub then sprinkled the fish with olive oil and then added the rub to the fish. It is a great tasting rub and really added lots of flavor to my fish. We loved this and I have saved the recipe to use again!

Excellent rub, loaded with flavour. I was very generous with the amount I used. I lightly sprayed the fish with Olive oil and baked it in 375 oven for 10 minutes. Moist and tasty. If I was using this rub on chicken I would use hot paprika. Thanks Chocolatl for a ssaver
