"One day I had defrosted what I thought was chicken thighs and planned on baking them in the oven, however, I had a migraine and went to sleep instead. DH opened the package to find 5 whole wings inside. So he then grabbed another pack of pre-cut wings and defrosted them in the microwave. Then he scrounged around the kitchen for some sort of sauce for them and mixed lite honey mustard salad dressing with whole grain deli mustard to thicken it up. It has become one of our favorite wing sauces. NOTE: salad dressing not included in nutritional facts"
