Step by Step Method
Step 1
Fry sausage.
Step 2
Add oil heat. Add flour, brown. Add milk, cook until thickened, I like mine thick but cook it til your happy.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the way you like, I dont add salt myself, but Rudy does.
Step 4
When thick turn off and add cheese, stir until combined. plate.
Step 5
Add toast, add hard boiled eggs sliced. Top with sauce.
Step 6
Sprinkle on chives and dill weed.
