Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cream the sugar and butter together. Add eggs, one at time. Add flour, salt, and baking powder.

Step 2

Put dates on bottom of butter and paper pan; spray Pam. Put dates on bottom.

Step 3

Put orange water in dough; pour dough over dates.

Step 4

Bake in 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes or until done. If necessary, tent with aluminum foil.
